1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. We appreciate your patience.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processes, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Carriers

We partner with reliable carriers such as:

FedEx

UPS

The carrier will be chosen based on the most efficient delivery option for your location.

4. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

A tracking number

A link to track your shipment status

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after shipment.

5. Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete.

LYT SUPPLY CHAIN INC. is not responsible for:

Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer

Lost packages due to address errors

Additional shipping fees caused by address corrections

If you need to update your address, contact us before the order is shipped.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments:

Customs fees, import duties, VAT, and other taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the customer’s responsibility.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, please contact us.
We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.

For damaged items:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide photos of the damaged product and packaging

We will work to resolve the issue promptly.

8. Order Cancellations & Changes

Orders can only be canceled or modified before shipment.
Once the order is shipped, we are unable to make changes.
